In Guwahati’s Rukminigaon and Down Town areas, a man identified as Diganta allegedly rampaged with a spade, damaging property and causing panic among residents and passers-by. He then entered a hotel, smashed furniture and glassware, and forced several customers to flee. The incident was captured on video by onlookers.
