Guwahati district authorities fined Club Blues, an IMFL outlet on Kahilipara Main Road, Rs 1 lakh for violating excise rules and licence conditions. The Kamrup Metropolitan district commissioner issued the order after hearing the licence holder’s petition over a show-cause notice dated October 12. The fine must be paid within two days or the licence may be suspended.
