The Congress asked all its MPs to remain in Delhi on Monday as it continues protesting Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over the ‘vote chori’ issue. Rahul Gandhi said the INDIA bloc will protest again on October 12 and plans to submit a memorandum to the Chief Justice of India.
