Clashes between two communities broke out during a concert in Thoubal district, Manipur, leaving one man dead and several others injured. Police said Laishram Rakesh was shot in the head by unidentified miscreants, taken to a nearby hospital, and later died. Several houses and vehicles were also burnt, and movement was restricted in affected areas.
