Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said Sunday that Tehran could reopen the Strait of Hormuz within seven days if the United States accepts Iran’s conditions. He said the offer remains available as Tehran and Washington remain at odds over terms for ending their eight-month war.
