New South Wales police charged a 13-year-old boy after complaints of inappropriate comments and alleged sexual touching on walking trails in Sydney’s Narrabeen area. Police said the e-bike rider was arrested on Saturday evening following a strike force investigation into incidents involving females aged 13 to 54.
