Chennai police said a 21-year-old man from Tiruvottiyur was allegedly murdered at a de-addiction and rehabilitation centre in Mangadu. Nishanth was undergoing treatment when two fellow inmates, Babu, 52, of Coimbatore, and Sivakumar, 42, of Kannadapalayam in Avadi, allegedly slit his throat after an argument over abusive language.
