Bengaluru’s Bangalore Development Authority has notified 461 plot owners in approved layouts near south Bengaluru’s Kaggalipura for acquisition for Peripheral Ring Road-2. Owners said some plots were bought as recently as seven months ago, and they objected to compensation they valued at about 10% of the current land rate of Rs 2,000 per sqft.
