Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood said Eritreans could be stopped from coming to the UK unless Eritrea agrees to take back more rejected asylum seekers and criminals. The warning follows Eritrea’s earlier withdrawal from returns cooperation. UK officials have already stripped Eritrean VIPs and officials of fast-track visa access.
