Delhi Police has allowed Congress to hold a rally at Ramlila Maidan on November 1 in Delhi. The permission follows the October 12 denotification of Jantar Mantar as a designated protest site in Delhi, after police named Ramlila Maidan, Burari Ground and CBD Ground as alternative venues.
