Guwahati’s Chatribari Durga Puja Committee has lodged a police complaint after Kolkata-based artist Sudipta Pal allegedly failed to finish contracted pandal work despite receiving more than Rs 10 lakh. The Nayan Tara Durga Puja Committee in Kumarpara is also considering legal action as Durga Puja nears.
