Mumbai police have registered an FIR against a Taloja landlord after the arrest of a 41-year-old Nigerian national accused of possessing mephedrone and cocaine worth Rs 3.58 crore. The case alleges the apartment was illegally rented to a foreign national in Navi Mumbai.
