Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board plans to appoint a transaction adviser to assess in-situ rehabilitation in Delhi’s Seelampur, Lajpat Nagar and Sultanpuri jhuggi-jhopri clusters. The adviser will examine feasibility and help select a developer for the rehabilitation plan, officials said on Saturday.
