The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Tuesday decided to file a petition seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against Kerala Congress for its social media post (which was later deleted) asking CJI Surya Kant to quit for iterating the constitutional mandate that law and order does not lie in the domain of judiciary.
