Adani Enterprises and US-based Jabil signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding in New Delhi to form a 50:50 joint venture in India. The venture will manufacture and assemble AI and data centre equipment, including racks, servers, storage, networking gear, power distribution units, liquid-cooling systems and transformers.
