Mumbai’s Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau final report, released three years after the Sept. 2023 accident, said VSR Ventures’ Learjet 45XR pilots kept an unstabilised approach in heavy rain at Mumbai airport. It said they appeared anxious to land before a daily curfew on non-scheduled flights.
