Gurugram Metro Rail Limited will first shift utilities, prepare roads and arrange traffic management before starting Phase 2 construction in Gurugram. The 14.2km stretch will run from Sector 9 to Cyber City, with the preparatory work aimed at keeping the main construction sites clear of obstructions and reducing congestion.
