Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board officials seized nine illegal water motors in Boduppal on Tuesday, October 13, after finding unauthorised pumping directly from supply pipelines. The board warned that the practice reduces water availability for other Hyderabad consumers. Officials carried out the operation with the vigilance team in East Hanuman.
