Bhim Singh, father of slain anti-drug activist Parvinder Singh Jhota, called for a Punjab bandh on October 15 after police arrested the main accused in Rajasthan in a joint Punjab and Rajasthan operation. He also demanded a CBI probe and the resignations of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and DGP Gaurav Yadav.
