Union minister Chirag Paswan in Patna said Bollywood actor Imran Khan is not an Indian citizen and should have stayed away from protests against SIR. He also called the protests attempts to create anarchy backed by foreign powers and criticised Rahul Gandhi for attending political engagements in Goa after the Kolkata stampede.
