Government doctors in taluk hospitals and Primary Health Centres across Karnataka will have to mark night attendance through the Kartavya app after 9 pm from November 1. The pilot, covering doctors under the Health and Family Welfare Department, is meant to ensure they are available at their designated headquarters when needed.
