A man was shot dead and four others injured in a gun attack by suspected militants in Kamjong district of Manipur on Saturday, the same day Chief Minister Y Khemchand Singh said peace is the only way for the state to join India's development journey. He added that India cannot be considered developed without Manipur's development.
