West Bengal Fire and Emergency Services issued notices to Chetla Agrani, Ballygunge Cultural Association and Tridhara Sammilani in south Kolkata over alleged fire-safety lapses. The action followed the Chorbagan pandal stampede that killed 19 people, officials said on Monday.
