A first-year engineering student died in Hyderabad after a lighting fixture collapsed during a Dandiya event at MSVR Engineering College in Nadergul on Saturday, October 17. Police said wind caused the fall. Fifteen other people were injured, and Adibatla police said they are out of danger.
