The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast rainfall, thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds across several parts of India on Tuesday, October 13, with Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and parts of south India likely to experience unsettled weather.
