Organisers of a Ramlila in Delhi’s Pitampura said they will burn a 30-foot cockroach effigy alongside Ravan, Kumbhkaran and Meghnad this year. The Shree Keshav Ram Leela Committee said the effigy is meant to symbolise filth and dirt and promote cleanliness.
