The prawn trawler Sustain hit rocks at the entrance to Loch Broom in north-west Scotland on 16 November 2023 after its skipper fell asleep. The vessel was returning to Ullapool after leaving port in the early hours to begin day 4 of its fishing run, and it had no watch alarm fitted.
