Guwahati hosted the Capacity Building Commission’s second regional workshop under the Sadhana Shrinkhla series on Mission Karmayogi. Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region secretary Katikithala Srinivasan inaugurated the event, attended by Assam Chief Secretary Dr Ravi Kota and representatives from government departments and training institutions across all eight Northeastern states.
