Chennai is expected to see heavy to very heavy rain at isolated places on Monday, with thunder, lightning and winds of 40-50 kmph. The Regional Meteorological Centre said a few parts of Chennai could get heavy rain with occasional very heavy spells. The city may stay generally cloudy, with temperatures of 32-33°C and 24-25°C.
