The CBI on Monday produced four recently arrested people, including a CA and three business owners, before special CBI judge Vijyant Sehgal in Chandigarh. They were held in a probe into a multi-crore diversion of Haryana government funds involving Chandigarh Smart City Ltd and CREST.
