Bengaluru theatre-makers Gagan Prasad and Joseph John took part in Pesta Boneka, an international puppetry biennale in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, which concluded on October 11. They joined artistes from eight countries selected for the festival, where puppetry blurred the line between object and living being.
