Congress leader Rahul Gandhi left for Vietnam from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport around 1.35 pm on Sunday, even as Congress protested the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. Sources said the Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition had departed for Hanoi.
