Daniel Magaña’s family has filed a wrongful death claim against Los Angeles County over his death at the Twin Towers jail in Los Angeles. The claim alleges staff failed to provide psychiatric evaluation, monitoring, medication and treatment before Magaña was found unresponsive in his cell earlier this year.
