Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority will pursue cases of defacement of public property in Gurugram against posters on electric poles, road infrastructure and public walls. The move covers advertisements for paying guest accommodation, political rallies and commercial establishments, with daily diary reports and FIRs to be sought under the Haryana Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1989.
