The Shri Keshav Ramlila Committee will burn a 30-foot-tall cockroach effigy alongside those of Ravana, Kumbhakarna and Meghnad during Dussehra celebrations in the national capital this year, with the insect symbolising "filth and unhygienic" conditions.
