Delhi Police detained Cockroach Janta Party convenor Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka from inside an aircraft on Saturday before their planned protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar in Delhi. Police later rejected claims that Dipke missed his grandmother’s funeral, saying he was informed and offered travel help.
