Hyderabad police arrested Vikram, a former security guard, for allegedly kidnapping and murdering a five-year-old girl during Bathukamma celebrations. Investigators said the child was later found in a water sump, and ransom calls to her family were traced back to Vikram. CCTV showed her leaving a clubhouse with a man in Hyderabad.
