India hosted the first BIMSTEC Home Ministers’ meeting in Delhi, where delegations from all seven member states took part. The meeting came after a senior officials’ session led by the Union Home Secretary, and participants adopted the Delhi Declaration, marking a new regional security and cooperation step.
