US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met officials from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan in Samarkand on Monday, seeking greater access for American companies. He arrived in Uzbekistan late Sunday and will head to India next on a tour combining diplomacy and commerce.
