Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant had declined a request from Lok Sabha leader of opposition Rahul Gandhi and Rajya Sabha leader of opposition Mallikarjun Kharge for a meeting to discuss issues arising from the ongoing protests in Delhi.
