The Manipur government transferred Kamjong Superintendent of Police Tholu Rocky on Sunday, a day after a Kuki community member was killed. IPS officer Jay Barange replaced him. A Kuki outfit also announced a total shutdown of National Highway 202 from Sunday midnight until October 22 midnight.
