Noida police arrested a 26-year-old woman and her brother on Saturday for allegedly stealing a three-day-old girl from a Sector 110 maternity hospital on Friday. Police said the pair wanted to give the infant to the woman’s childless sister, who had faced taunts after nine years of marriage without a child.
