Actor Imran Khan Pal moved the Bombay High Court on Saturday against a Foreigners Regional Registration Office notice ordering him to leave India by October 28. The notice was issued in Mumbai, where he had taken part in a protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on October 10.
