The Supreme Court asked the government to answer claims of illegal detentions and police excess during Delhi protests against CEC Gyanesh Kumar. It ordered a review of barricading, called for normal Metro and rail services unless restrictions are necessary, and issued notices to the Home Secretary, Delhi Police Commissioner and DMRC in contempt proceedings.
