The Supreme Court on October 12 expressed displeasure over the conduct of petitioners who marched to file pleas linked to the Chief Election Commissioner and the special intensive revision of electoral rolls. The Chief Justice of India said the petitioner would have to explain the conduct and address the court’s concerns.
