The Supreme Court stayed further trial proceedings in the Twisha Sharma unnatural death case before the Bhopal sessions court and issued notices to the CBI, Twisha’s husband Samarth Singh and mother-in-law Giribala Singh. Twisha’s father has sought transfer of the case to a Delhi court.
