Noida’s Ganga water supply to trans-Hindon areas will be hit when the Upper Ganga Canal closes for annual desilting from October 21 to November 25. The disruption is expected to affect more than 20 lakh people in Noida and Ghaziabad, including residents of Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi, Vasundhara, Siddharth Vihar and Pratap Vihar.
