Delhi Police detained Cockroach Janta Party leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka on Tuesday near Jantar Mantar when they tried to reach the protest site. The pair had been released two days earlier under an executive magistrate’s order requiring them to maintain peace and good behaviour for a year.
