A Delhi-based vendor cheated the College of Aerospace Warfare in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, of Rs 8.8 lakh after taking the money as an advance to clear vegetation on the academy premises. An Air Force officer filed a cybercrime complaint in Hyderabad.
