Union textiles minister Giriraj Singh inaugurated the 62nd Indian Handicrafts and Gifts Fair at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida on Tuesday. Organisers said participants from 80 countries are taking part, and the fair will run until Oct. 17.
